Shipping Policy

Lily & Marigold ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days, unless longer lead times are specified in a product's description.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, usually around holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All packages are shipped via UPS.  Shipping rates are determined at the time of checkout and are dependent on order weight and shipping destination.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather/holidays etc.
