Here is a quick breakdown of services and prices.

HOME Style by L&M

- Styling only service

- Fee per room basis (minimum 2 rooms)

- Service is envisioned to make a quick impact

- For clients that aren't in need of full service design, but still want to update spaces in their homes

- Scope is STYLE ONLY (meaning home decor, bedding, throw pillows, textiles, accessories, art and decor accents). This will NOT include placement/installations of items, and will not require the services of construction professionals.

- Start with a 15 minute phone call to discuss the scope of work, timelines, etc.

- Projects will incur a fee per room, plus the cost of all products selected

- Residential spaces only

- $100 travel fee per site visit outside 30 mile radius

ROOM DESIGN FEES

Entryway: $700

Living Space: $1,000

Kitchen: $800

Dining Room: $650

Primary Bedroom: $800

Secondary Bedroom: $700

Any Bathroom Space: $500

Office: $700

Outdoor Space: $800

HOME CONSULTING

- Need advice or guidance on selections you want to buy for your home

- Hourly consultation fee on design topics from architectural consulting to finish selections and furniture

- Guidance on how to incorporate new items that will work with pieces you already own

- Does not include selecting/purchasing items or styling

- Residential spaces only

- $100 travel fee per site visit outside 30 mile radius

CONSULTING RATE: $75/hr

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

- Sign-on retainer of $2,000 (20 hours @ $100/hr)

- Commercial and residential spaces

- Hourly rate after retainer runs out $100/hr

- $75 travel fee per site visit outside 30 mile radius
